"Checkout was a no-brainer"
I grabbed a few kids’ clothes and the checkout was super quick. Took maybe a minute, and I didn’t have to think twice about anything, no weird extra steps, no lag, no hunting around for buttons. It just felt easy, which is usually my sign that a site is worth coming back to.

I stopped in last week the store felt super clean right away. Just from the overall vibe, I assumed it was well taken care of, and it was. The racks weren’t all messy or crammed together, and it didn’t have that typical used-stuff smell some places have. I found what I needed quickly, too. Definitely a nice spot to shop for kids’ things.

I was happy with how easy it was to book an appointment. There were enough times open that I didn’t have no trouble finding one that worked, and I wasn’t stuck waiting forever or checking back over and over.

The whole process was simple and fit right into my day. It’s always nice when scheduling doesn’t turn into no big hassle.

"Selling wait time was quicker than I expected"
I brought in two bags of my kids’ clothes and thought I’d be waiting around forever. I’d seen a few people mention the wait can vary, so I was kind of bracing myself.
They told me it would be about 45 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 30, which was a nice surprise. I just walked around nearby for a bit and got a text when everything was ready.

The staff helped me out really fast and were so nice about it. Like, they answered my questions right away, pointed me in the right direction, explained what I needed to do, and didn’t make me feel rushed or annoying. It was one of those simple things that just makes the whole experience better.

"Picky, but honestly fair"
I brought in some of my kids’ clothes and shoes to sell, and at first I was like, okay wow, they’re being really picky. A couple things I thought were totally fine didn’t make the cut, which annoyed me for a minute. But then I kind of got over it because they explained they only take items that are in good shape and still in style. The whole process was simple, I got paid the same day, and honestly? I’d go back.

I’ve been to a few different locations and they’re pretty much all the same, clean, organized, and easy to shop in. Just a heads up if you’re looking for something unique or different from store to store, you probably won’t find it. But if you like consistency, it’s solid

I’ve brought clothes and a few toys to Once Upon A Child a handful of times now, and the offers have been consistent for me. I’m not going in expecting a ton of money or anything, but it usually feels fair for the stuff I’m dropping off.

The staff has been good about explaining what they’re taking and what they’re passing on, which I appreciate. There’s just something about it that makes clearing out the kids’ outgrown stuff feel easier, and it’s nice to get a little cash back without having to overthink the whole process.

Ordering from onceuponachild.com was a relief. You know how sometimes you get all the way to checkout and suddenly the total jumps like it’s the climax of a thriller? That didn’t happen here.
